In my many experiences, I have experienced firsthand the cuisine of various cultures such as Japanese, French, Mexican and Thai.

In my professional journey around the world, I have learned about and used new ingredients with unique and stimulating properties and organoleptic characteristics that, to this day, still inspire and push me to develop new flavor combinations to create a unique and unforgettable culinary experience.
